Like many Nazis, 37-year-old Samuel Austin Caskey aka 'Tim Salads' from Virginia Beach, Virginia is equal parts dangerous and pathetic. This fascist sadsack is a longtime insider at the neo-Nazi The Right Stuff podcast network. His criminal rap sheet features arrests for dumb cringey shit like getting caught red-handed putting up Nazi stickers, but also includes a scary, misogynistic stalking and death threat related criminal conviction.  Caskey had a key operational role as both a National Justice Party regional 'Supporter Group Director' as well as heading up their 'street team' propaganda division they dubbed 'PROMAT' .

Nazi weirdo Samuel Caskey ain't big, he's just tall.

The now-defunct National Justice Party was mired with a weirdly regimented internal structure. The ever-growing trove of leaked documents and communications flooding out of this collapsed Nazi fake political party shows a bizarrely bureaucratic swamp of fancy titles and procedures…and MEMOS!!!! So many memos! Let's start this sordid tale with one of them!

The following memorandum is typical of the overwrought approach the NJP brought to EVERYTHING, laying out the 'Unifying Principals' for their 'Supporter Group Telegram Project.' It is a long-winded exercise in petty and tedious Nazi red tape for a project that was supposed to help create overall consistency amongst the groups various Telegram and other social media pages.

We are publishing the document in its entirety, but a couple of paragraphs are particularly interesting and worthy of highlighting.

Optics are a major concern for the NJP and Supporter Groups are given strict guidelines as to the level of politesse expected of them:

Never use rude language, crass rhetoric, racial slurs, or display them in photos. There are ways to deliver our message and our values without resorting to profanity. These pages are meant to serve as a positive, professional view into your supporter group. Never “fedpost.” (Violence, any mention of firearms, etc)

The memo includes  a prohibition against boosting other white nationalist groups, an edict clearly intended as a greed-driven measure to prevent membership bleed and donor overlap:

Never post the promotional material or propaganda of other groups, even if they appear to be on good terms with the organization.

For some reason the National Justice Party is squeamish about their members making visual references to 'certain 20th century German people’s movements.'

Never post photos of symbols or iconography belonging to other organizations, up to and including symbology from certain 20th century German people’s movements.

While there is one '20th century German people’s movement' that immediately comes to mind, the National Justice Party governing council members were certainly not shy about publicly being Nazis, making the admonition puzzling.

Is it possible that National Justice Party 'chairman' and TRS founder Michael Peinovich is actually a Nazi?
National Justice Party founding member Warren Balogh is a big Hitler fan.
National Justice Party founding member Gregory Conte has made a lot of bad life decisions.

The officious sounding gobbledygook instructs readers to refer all questions to 'Jack McKraken' on behalf of  'MARCOMS' which stands for 'Marketing Communications' and 'James Karlsson' of the 'OEA'  which stands for the 'Office of Executive Affairs' which was headed by Dmitri Loutsik, NJP's 'Director of Executive Affairs.'

'Jack McKraken' is the nom de plume for John Robert Metz, a former prison guard who was fired for smuggling white nationalist propaganda into an upstate NY jail. He is one of the principals behind the Justice Report, an NJP affiliated neo-Nazi 'news' website.

Metz is a controversial figure within the white nationalist movement due to his complicated personal sexual proclivities. An Anonymous Comrades Collective investigation showed him publicly harassing the LGBTQ+ community whilst privately frequenting local gay bars and seeking sexual relationships with trans women. He is a total creep and sexual predator.

James Karlsson is the alias of Michigan native and Nazi incel 'James Kreger' who heads up the pretentiously named  White Papers Institute. You can read all about James Kreger here, including the revelation that he was actively soliciting himself for 'in-person' sperm donations to 'younger (36 and under) single women' via a 'fertility network' website. *shudders*

Nazi Sperm Slinger James Karlsson would like to apply some special sauce to your buns.

While NJP really likes their acronyms, someone should have schooled the MARCOMS and OEA on a thing called OPSEC!  A quick review of this document's metadata shows the authour to be one 'James Kreger,' whome we now know as James Karlsson. Ooopsies, Nazis!

The MARCOM / LOLCOW group consisted of two primary components, the first being an online propaganda factory headed up by Justice Report's John Metz ('Jack McKraken') and Skylar A. DeBoer aka 'Jacob' of Schenectady, New York, a PhD candidate in nanoscale engineering at SUNY Polytechnic. DeBoer's neo-Nazi fake news site has instigated harassment campaigns against minorities, journalists and left-leaning activists

The other half of the propaganda equation was a 'street' marketing division known as 'PROMAT,' whose role was largely to document the various regional 'Supporter Groups' illegal stickering campaigns. Looking at the whole set-up objectively, it was an ineffective and incestuous circle jerk with the individual 'State Supporter Groups' posting, re-posting, and cross-sharing the same content almost entirely to their existing membership… preaching to the choir, if you will. Very little outside engagement was generated through these activities.

The NJP 'MARCOM' street team activities mostly consisted of encouraging individual state Supporter Groups to engage in often illegal activity like vandalism, and then documenting said illegal activity with photographs, AND then posting the images of the illegal activity to social media! Big brains!

An example of Sam Caskey's 'Promat' tomfoolery. We do know who these Tenesdipshits are BTW.

One of the key players on the NJP MARCOMS street team is a 6 feet 7 inch tall Nazi goon from Virginia named Samuel Austin Caskey aka 'Tim Salads.' The 37-year-old Sam Caskey could be a poster child for the downward mobility that white nationalism and neo-Nazism offers its loyal foot soldiers. While a handful of the movement leaders are living in lavish mansions or gated communities, hoarding crypto, and amassing multi-million dollar real estate portfolios, Sam Caskey's recent bankruptcy filing lists his residence as a Virginia Beach home owned by his parents and his primary assets as being a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan, two guns, a cat, and twenty two thousand dollars in credit card debt.

Virginia Nazi misogynist creep Sam Caskey has not prospered since becoming a neo-Nazi.

Ineptness appears to have been the NJP's main hiring criteria and, by that measure, Sam Caskey is uniquely qualified to head up a Nazi street team. In 2018, Caskey was fired from his job at a Target warehouse when he got caught sticking racist material inside boxes of nappies that were sold in stores and shipped to mail order customers. The story was widely reported in the media and, although Nappy Nazi Samuel Caskey was not publicly identified at the time, in 2020 he was the subject of another massive round of news attention after getting arrested for putting up various white nationalist and neo-Nazi propaganda stickers around his home state of Virginia. The sticker included a QR code linking to the neo-Nazi The Right Stuff (TRS) podcast network. The stickering campaign was a big deal locally and the Norfolk, VA police even issued an official wanted poster featuring one of Sam Caskey's previous mugshot pictures.

Virginia Beach, VA Samuel Caskey's  'Wanted' poster for neo-Nazi stickering screams more 'loser'  than  'outlaw!'
Since the 'Diaper Sniper' nickname was already taken, Samuel Caskey will forever be known as the 'Nappy Nazi!'

A grown man being arrested under these ridiculous circumstances is mostly just kind of sad, but an incident from a few years earlier reveals a much scarier side of Sam Caskey.

In the wake of the highly publicised stickering arrest, a Virginia woman posted a disturbing account of how an otherwise unremarkable 2009 first date with Sam Caskey spiraled into a terrifying onslaught of misogynistic abuse, harassment, and death threats. Several months after being 'ghosted' by a woman who did not wish to date him, Sam Caskey began sending abusive and vulgar texts wishing her a 'slow, horrible death' and expressing a desire to 'unload endless 12 gauge rounds' into her face.

Police were notified and Caskey was quickly arrested and ultimately convicted on several charges. The records for this case were recently sealed or expunged but, if memory serves, one of the charges was for 'profane language over the airwaves.' Caskey received a one year suspended prison sentence and a two year protective order.

A strong thread of incel-esque misogyny runs through Sam Caskey's social media history but his romantic prospects got a little brighter in 2023 when he imported a bride from Macedonia. While it is certainly likely that this woman has ties to neo-Nazi movements, we are not identifying her at this time. Girl, run…really fast, back to Macedonia and take that poor cat with you.

Convicted Neo-Nazi misogynist stalker Samuel Austin Caskey and his imported Macedonian Mrs.

Sam Caskey had hundreds of online 'sock' accounts under many different user names including 'Barb Spurlock' and 'Gabriel Ybarra.' He is a long time TRS loyalist and headed up one of their original 'Pool Parties' before becoming a leader of his local NJP 'Supporter Group.' He attended the violent Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville in 2017 and participated in the illegal torch march.

Nappy Nazi Sam Caskey has struggled to find meaningful employment in the years following his dismissal from Target for putting white nationalist propaganda into boxes of diapers. He was apparently an apprentice electrician at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard for a brief spell, but these days it seems like he mostly works helping stage houses for his realtor mother in Virginia Beach. Can you even imagine letting this creep into your home?

Samuel Caskey, being in charge of the sort of activities that he was actually arrested for, is pretty typical for the kind of one dimensional chess the morons at NJP played. While we are admittedly not lawyers, in our professional legal opinion, committing illegal activity in furtherance of an organized conspiracy to intimidate ethnic and other minorities while physically crossing state lines, as well as using the United States Postal Service in furtherance of said conspiracy sounds like a really bad idea. This is on top of various other bad, illegal ideas by the National Justice Party that we have documented previously which run the gamut from labour law violations, illegal customer data practices, co-mingling funds, possible money laundering, and tax shenanigans. The whole clusterfuck is just a massive invitation for any number of federal agencies to open a giant can of investigative whoop-ass!

But here is the really funny part, much of this unwise, unethical, likely illegal, and really dumb shit was supervised by actual lawyers. The National Justice Party organizational structure's bureaucracy required multiple levels of approval beginning at the MARCOM level with eventual sign off further up the command chain at the level of 'Chief of Staff' Tony Hovater, 'Office of Executive Affairs' head and Antelope Hill publisher Dmitiri Loutsik, or the 'Chairman' himself Mike Peinovich. Much of the National Justice Party's internal communications took place via the encrypted messenger platform Threema  and several well-known Nazi-adjacent lawyers actively advised leadership via a dedicated private channel. Fear not loyal readers, this will be explored in an upcoming installment.

The National Justice Party's crack legal team is on the case.

INTERNAL MEMO

Supporter Group Telegram Project – Unifying Principals

Thank you for participating in the National Justice Party supporter group Telegram project. In order to maximize our effectiveness and stay in-line with the values and wishes of the Central Committee, the following doctrine MUST be strictly adhered to when posting to your assigned public page.

Unifying Principals aka “the Doctrine”

1: Never use rude language, crass rhetoric, racial slurs, or display them in photos. There are ways to deliver our message and our values without resorting to profanity. These pages are meant to serve as a positive, professional view into your supporter group. Never “fedpost.” (Violence, any mention of firearms, etc)

Moreover, when addressing public figures (governors, politicians, activists and others) avoid both name calling and demeaning terminology which is not based in fact. If a politician is being anti-White (anti-worker, anti-family etc etc), call them anti-White, but do not label them a ‘bitch’, ‘bastard’ or other any other inappropriate term.

2: Never post the promotional material or propaganda of other groups, even if they appear to be on good terms with the organization.

3: Never post photos of symbols or iconography belonging to other organizations, up to and including symbology from certain 20th century German people’s movements.

4: Never allow comments or open chats tied to Supporter Group pages.

5: Never allow the use of emoji reactions that are negative in nature (poo, laughing, yawning, drunk face, down thumb, etc.) If unsure, it is preferable to turn off reactions altogether.

6: Never poke fun at, riff, “bantz,” argue, demean, insult, comment on, or engage in drama with other organizations, personalities, or groups unaffiliated with your own. Elected politicians, public figures, and other political parties (GOP, DNC, etc.) are all fair game.

7: Never post anything that could potentially identify you or your supporters. Ensure that your photos, videos, and files are scrubbed of metadata or blurred/concealed properly before posting them online.

Best Practices

The following points are best practices that SHOULD be adhered to whenever possible. Adhering to these best practices breeds conformity throughout the Supporter Group channels while also maintaining the unique flair of your region/state.

-You should post promat photos or videos uploaded to the “Promat Division” telegram page in order to show off the hard work of your local supporters. The Promat Division page has added links to your supporter page for easy search/indexing.

-You should post local/regional news stories that could be used to highlight the illegitimacy of the current system and showcase a party solution (i.e. immigration report & NJP party platform about immigration).

-You should post historical photos, stories, and uplifting tales which originate from your region. This has a moralizing effect and is a good way to remind viewers of the heritage and accomplishments of White ancestors in the region and generate interest.

-You should phrase things in a positive light when applicable. Refrain from posting something negative unless it can be followed up with something positive (I.E. a story about an anti-White crime in your area, followed up by a message of how the organization can help victims and remedy the overall situation.)

-You should post at least four times a month (once a week) to maintain an appearance of activity and consistency in your region. There is no limit to the amount of times you can post, however.

-You should refrain from posting multiple times a day within a short amount of time. “Spamming” on telegram only gets your channel buried quicker. A good practice is to strategically time your posts, this can be done by the “schedule message” feature.

-You should avoid copious amounts of unnecessary resharing. You do not need to repost the entirety of another SG’s promat posts, nor every piece of commentary they make. Share only things that are truly unique, uplifting or otherwise highly informative. Always share posts by the National Justice Party main channel.

Operational Matters

1: You may appoint a deputy or subordinate from your SG to manage the Telegram page for your group, but you must retain ownership of the channel.

2: You may use NJP derived graphics and logos which are unique to your region/state. Always clear your unique designs with MARCOMS before utilizing them on your Telegram page.

3: Never use unauthorized promotional material in your posts. Always clear your homemade stickers/banners/flyers with MARCOMS or the chief of staff before publishing it on Telegram.

4: Never utilize content, sources, language, or any other material which may defame the National Justice Party or undermine its mission and values. If you are unsure about the appropriateness of a potential post clear your idea with MARCOMS before publishing it on Telegram.

5: Only utilize content, sources, language, or material which comes from a reputable source. These may include government data, studies, mainstream news articles, or Telegram pages approved by MARCOM. If you are unsure about the appropriateness of sources material or its truthfulness clear your idea with MARCOMS before publishing it on Telegram.

This Memo is for internal use only and may not be shared, copied or otherwise distributed outside of the National Staff without the express permission of the Director of MARCOMS or the Chief of Staff.

Please direct any questions to Jack McKraken, MARCOMS or James Karlsson, OEA.
